George Osborne prepares to deliver budget

George Osborne will outline £ 4 billion in additional spending cuts and to announce investment in UK infrastructure, when it presents its budget to the deputies.
The chancellor has set itself the goal of achieving a surplus by 2019-20.
His eighth budget will also include an educational package to £ 1.5 billion making all public schools to become academies and allowing some open later in the day.
Shadow Chancellor John McDonnell called for an end to "brutal cuts" and "publicity" stunts.
Mr Osborne will deliver his budget at 12:30 GMT, after the issue of the Prime Minister, which sets out the latest economic forecasts and the state of public finances.
His announcement came two months before the UK votes on its EU membership. The government is campaigning to stay in the EU, and the Chancellor will be keen to avoid antagonism between the two sides in the debate with its advertisement.
Jeremy Corbyn Labour will supply the answer
